Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
