Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service while following company guidelines and procedures.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to effectively operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working in a team environment and independently.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
