Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
