Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to improve operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
