Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate to play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure store cleanliness, monitor inventory, and report any issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, work independently, and in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
