Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neat store appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
