Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
