Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold document security.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Educational Background & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
