Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate store equipment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work well independently and in a team setting.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
