Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and handle general cleaning duties.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory and product issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
