Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain attractive displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses through compliance.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
- Experience in retail environment and general cleaning preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
