Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness are key responsibilities to deliver a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies while performing assigned duties.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat merchandise displays, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of delivering courteous customer service and operating cash registers efficiently.
• Able to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks in adherence to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
