Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with purchases, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management and provide feedback on product issues.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
