Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
