Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain product displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
- Follow cash policies, handle inventory counts, and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
