Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of cash register and other equipment.
• Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
