Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
