Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
