Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
