Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
