Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI team competencies and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Work independently, follow instructions, and multitask effectively
- Prior retail experience preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is a plus
