Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch customer service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Handle cash transactions following policies to minimize losses.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds and stocking merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in using necessary equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
