Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and clean store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
