Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing purchases, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) expected for the role.
- Process customer purchases and maintain merchandising displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies to ensure store security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitasking skills.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales if applicable.
