Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by performing various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Capable of operating store equipment and following cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
