Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with the ALDI team and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
- Assist customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
