Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will enhance the customer shopping experience, collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise neatly, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with team members, report issues, and contribute to inventory monitoring.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.
• Perform general store duties and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient and accurate operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
