Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked and clean store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and replenish merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
• Capability to lift and move merchandise and operate store equipment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
