Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week). As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch presentation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, ensuring store security.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
