Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly display merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Adhere to cash handling policies, inventory procedures, and company standards
• Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and operating equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties and equipment operation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
