Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
