Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and assist with general cleaning tasks.
- Stock merchandise neatly on shelves and maintain product displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product quality and issues.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
