Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily operations.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent customer service, and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
