Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Proficiency in operating store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
