Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
