Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. This position involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure cash procedures are followed, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
