Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Perform various physical tasks within the store environment.
- Ensure compliance with accommodation needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Adherence to company policies and ability to provide great customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
