We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
