Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and report on product-related issues
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience with basic equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
