Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory checks and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using store equipment and following company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
