Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained for an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, giving feedback on product issues and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
