Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures while ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment proficiently.
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
