Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to meet state requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
