Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a starting wage of $19.00 per hour and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
