Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive working environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash handling procedures, adhere to company policies
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
