Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Participate in store inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
