Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the team to uphold ALDI's standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages (based on state and local regulations)
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
