Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping visits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Skilled in operating a cash register accurately.
- Ability to operate store equipment effectively and safely.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
