Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash-handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and follow procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
