Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are provided with exceptional service, and merchandise is stocked efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
